If a club is chartered, no similar club can be
chartered to compete for members or facilities.

Chartered Clubs are given priority over non-chartered activities for regular
Community Facility use.

Chartered Clubs request use of Community Facility space annually and are
provided with regular meeting and activity space, without charge.

Chartered Clubs are not responsible for the facilities. The Community
Association will maintain an existing Community Facility as to custodial
service, routine repair, maintenance, and the cost of utilities.

Financial controls and reports are in place to account for income and expenses
related to the Chartered Club.

Chartered Club financial operations are recorded under Community Association
tax returns.

Property purchased by a Chartered Club is covered under the Community
Association's insurance policy.

Liability exposure of Chartered Clubs for personal injury or property damage
arising out of Chartered Club activities within Community Facilities is
covered by the Community Association's master policy.

Chartered Clubs may sell supplies related to Chartered Club purposes to its
Membership.

Chartered Club may charge dues and/or fees to offset related expenses.

Once established, Chartered Club officers are elected by the Charter Club
membership.
